Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Shop Tracy Burton is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Shop Tracy Burton is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
