Due to the curated and often one-of-a-kind nature of our collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@shoptracyburton.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
